Apartment Review for Wyntergreen Aprartments - Jacksonville, FL

well i have been on property for six years and although the size of the apartment is sufficient the service of the staff and maintence. there has been at least five changes in management within the first five than within the past few months another company miles properties has taken over only to update the exterior but leave the non working dishwasher, clogged kitchen sink, bathtub and low flowing toliets in the first apartment i didnt even have hot water! now they do not offer concessions to keep there residents and crime is high with the drug users and prostitutes that walk thru there is NO 24 MAINTENCE NO 24 SECURITY even the new management office has winter hours....for what?....just dont move there its not worth it
