I have lived here for three years and never have gotten anything replaced with new!! These positive reviews that you read on here were probably written by someone in the front office. This place is infested with roaches, mold, mildew, and now bed bugs. You cannot get anything here fixed. I am looking for a new place. Not to mention the drunken Mexicans who roam this place at night while driving drunk.  Need to rent an apartment?
