recently a 80 year woman was murdered by woodlake park maintenance man after a background check was made by the maintenance supervisor(glen) and office personelthis after the office promisedher son that she would be safe there. A few months back 2 girls girls were almost killed after a cement stairwell had collapsed. the pool isonly a quarter full and thats all geen algae with mosqitoesits been like that for almost a year now also the spa has been brokenfor almost the same amount of time.On to the tennis courts there a joke cant even play on them.Drug dealers live on the property also a sexual preditor great background checks they give huh. the 2 owners( husband&wife) spend more time how they can make money for themselves then caring about a place coming apart.
