Apartment Review for Woodlake Park Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

Do not rent from here. We've been here 4 years and at this point are unable to move due to our financial situation. Our apartment has literally been falling apart since we got here. Worse problem of water leaking behind a wall took them over ONE YEAR to locate and fix. Windows were replace earlier this year. Left basically unfinished until 1 week ago. It took them 3 months to fix our a/c recently. Our electric bill was over $300 and we live in a 2 bedroom. When we asked the office if they'd at least work with us, possibly cut some sort of deal, they told us "we don't do that sort of thing" Found out from a maintenance man that the place is at about 40% occupancy...can't imagine why. Complex is privately owned. Owner comes down but 3 times a year from up north. I guess they think that will do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
