Apartment Review for Woodlake Park Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

Between the murder by there on maintenance man to the 80 year old lady and had acess to all the aptsand the pool and spa not working and filled with trash and mosqitoes the robberies and sex preditors this place is a joke thank god ive gone to a better saver place that i wont worry at night and can walk the property knowing im save. Its said that for over a year u feel less and less secure walking around after dark until u couldnt go at all. Sad how quickly its gone to the dumps and they dont care buit they will raise the rent and not fix any of it seeya woodlake good riddens to your dump on sunbeam.your know better then all the other places on sunbeam that are having major problems now.
