Apartment Review for Woodlake Park Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

I have lived in this complex for two years. I rented it when I first moved back to Jacksonville. Initially the first year wasn't that bad. But it has gone downhill since then! The owners are too busy trying to worry about the landscaping instead of focusing on the place falling apart. The gutters need repairing on some units, the stairs on the porches need repairs. The complex will rent to anyone and everyone! The walls are paper thin and you hear everything! One of the pools hasn't worked in over 6 months, nor have they drained the pool (breeding ground for mosquito's) and recently found that a convicted sex offender is living in the complex. Stay away and rent from another complex!!!!
