Apartment Review for Woodhollow Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

The office staff is horrible, lazy, and rude. The repair requests are never completed. I had to put in several request to get things repair and it took them 3-4 weeks to respond. I even put in the request in person and online. They over charge their tenants. I had a 3 bedroom for $850 where my friend had a 2 bedroom for the same amount. When their lease was up the office said they would keep their rent the same at $850 if they stayed but when they said no they listed their apartment online for $751. When it was time for me to move out they sent me a bill for the entire months rent. When I asked for a corrected pro-rated bill they said they would put it on my door that day. They never did and when I called the next day they said they couldn't supply me with anything in writing showing the pro-rated amount that I owed they could only tell me over the phone. They couldn't write it down. I would NEVER live here again nor would I EVER recommend this place to anyone.
