Dont live above the garages, you will be sorry. Your floor vibrates all hours of the day because of the different tenants coming in all at different times. Imagine having dinner with your dinner guests and the garage door opens, you hear and you feel it, it vibrates and it is loud, how embarassing. Laying in bed at night and the garag door beneath your bed room opens, and your bed vibrates and you hear it, nice and obvious. And management says they cant do anything about it, and imagine having all garages beneath you with people coming and going at all different hours. Will be soo happy to leave. You can do better, look else where, management doesnt care about you, just making the big bucks. and yes there is crime, little lighting and gate seldom works.
