Apartment Review for Waterford At Mandarin - Jacksonville, FL

I have lived here for 2 years now, and am moving out at the end of my lease. A new management company just took over and they are terrible! In the past 2 years I have been promised that my carpets would be cleaned. I scheduled with the leasing office twice, and both times the carpet cleaners failed to show up. The carpet was poorly installed to begin with and is coming up on the edges and shredding to pieces. The front gate has only worked for several days at a time since I've lived here. The pool was green for months and had ducks swimming in it. It has been over 2 months since we had water leaking through the bathroom ceiling and nothing has been done about it.
