Apartment Review for Villas @ Mandarin Bay - Jacksonville, FL

This apartment is a mistake I am trying to figure how to get out from underneath. The management is nonexistent, and I have seen their abilities through a neighbor who was broken into, a gun shotting, and drug dealing. Sounds lovely, right? Don't think about you can afford these apartment, think about how you can not afford these apartment if you don't want to listen to your neighbor's stereo, or getting your door locked because of lowlife neighbor you will live with.
