This place is the worst I have ever lived in . Apartments are getting broken in to all the time , and people are getting robbed as well in the parking lots. There are roaches everwhere as well . please for your safety think twice before you make this move in. Many people in this complex are writing to ken on the tv show Morning Jacksonville to ask help with this place being turned around to a safer and cleaner apartment.  Need to rent an apartment?
