Apartment Review for Villages Of Baymeadows - Jacksonville, FL

I lived in this community for 3 years. The apartments have been refurbished with very cheap flimsy material. Don t be deceived by outer looks. There is a tremendous sewerage problem. I had drywall leaks & carpet damage due to it. The apartment had the audacity to charge me for the carpet change after I lived in it for 3 years with at multiple carpet clean-ups due to leakage from their sewer lines. Shelf hinges keep breaking. The management robbed me when I moved out. They did not perform the apartment checklist while leaving ( my bad for not insisting it ) but used it to slam me for very high unsubstantiated charges. I ve never had such a bad experience with any apt community. I had no choice but to pay. Feel totally cheated... Would not recommend at all.
