Apartment Review for Villages Of Baymeadows - Jacksonville, FL

I read, and I even told the Management about the reviews. They seemed shocked. Mold was discovered in my apartment. I wish I could upload the photo's of the main water line they removed from my apartment. The plumber had to go almost 2 feet into ground, because the pipe continued to crumble. I had mold the ran from the back of the kitchen sink to the side walls and all the way around to the pantry. They had to remove the sheet rock from the counter down. I felt sick to my stomach. and within the last month, I know people moved in, who were not qualified to pay that kind of rent, so there had to be subsidizing. You know, working people have a tendency to live a certain way. It was horrible. I have since moved, and if I can help one person NOT to throw away over $1,200 a month ... my work here is done. Please, please, please don't move into the 3bd, 2.5 ba section. That's the section, I know about. It's dirty and you'd think for the most expensive section, they'd take care of it better. Oh well, I'm in a better place. Whew!! what an experience.
