Apartment Review for Villages Of Baymeadows - Jacksonville, FL

Well when we moved in a few months ago everything was great good price large apartment. Then we started having mantaince issues. First off a pipe busted in our apartment on easter flood the front room and our bed room bathroom. They did come and fix that in a timely maner. A few days later my car windshield wipers were stolen off my car yes my windshield wipers and blades, man some people are hard up. Then the summer came and they have been out here at least 10 times working on the a/c and still it gets 80 degrees inside the apratment and no relife. The apartments do look ok inside and out but they are still 40 year old plumbing and wiring and a/c ducts and units. So they acutal units are filled with the cheapest ovens and microwaves so bewere and move some where a little more expensive and a lot better
