Apartment Review for Villages Of Baymeadows - Jacksonville, FL

Great place to live! Probably the best value in town. Renovations and updates are very nice for the asking rent. Everyone I have come in contact with from the front office to maintenance has gone out of his/her way to take care of our needs. Location is great for access to I-95, the Avenues Mall, and two grocery stores within walking distance. After reading some of the other reviews, I can only imagine that some of those people have an axe to grind and write them because they feel they can get back at the complex for some perceived wrong. Usually people who are happy with something don't take the time to write a review. I consider it a way to thank the people who have been so good to us at Villages of Baymeadows. For the price, you will be happy to find this place! I am neither employed nor connected to the Villages of Baymeadows corporation.
