Apartment Review for Villages Of Baymeadows - Jacksonville, FL

Well my wife and I moved into the 2nd biggest apartment they had. It is nice size 1300+ square feet, and then it started going down hill... It takes an eternity to get something fixed, and there are a lot of things to be fixed. The workmanship is really that bad on these "renovated" apartments... In several places the Walls aren't even close to level, the light fixtures keep breaking and are of poor quality. We have had a broken patio light since we moved in, 2 months ago, the trouble call was placed that day. We are having roach problems, called maintenance 4 times to get pest control in, twice I was told we never called them. Once i was told they would be out next week, and last week I was told they would show up today. I have filled a complaint with the central office and am requesting my rent be lowered or the lease be terminated and compensation provided for move costs.
