Apartment Review for Victoria Park Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

I lived in Victoria Park for 4 years (July 2003 - June 2007). When I left, I was told that everything was fine with my apartment (but didnt do an "official walkthru") ... after several months, I got a call from a collection agency telling me that I owe over $1,000 to replace the carpet. The carpet wasnt new when I moved in ... I complained about the carpet needing to be replaced several times while I lived there. Of course that request was to more than one manager (as there were several through the years). After living there 4 yrs ... its time for the carpet to be replaced by Victoria Park anyway. Its very unfair that they are allowed to place these lies on your credit report with absolutely NO PROOF!!
