Apartment Review for Trollie Lane Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

When I moved into these apartments I was very happy. At the time we had a very good manager and she did everything to make it a great place. After she left the apartments went downhill. We had constant problems with employees coming in and out of the apartments without notice, and the only way we would know they were there is if we came home and caught them in the apartments. Some residents started having items missing. The current landlord is very uneducated and unprofessional. She has ridiculous ways of supplementing her income. For example if they "claim" your garbage fell out of the dumpster they charge $40 for it, $20 to open your door if you are locked out even during regular business hours. I had many problems while living here. I would not recommend anyone moving here. For the money you pay you can find many other apartments in Arlington within the same price range with much more to offer, and none of the problems. When I moved out the remodeled my apartment and are trying to hold me financially responsible for it. It is terrible. Renter beware.
