I lived in the building three years ago. I don't know if the current owner is the same one. But if it is, this is the guy who delivered eviction notices to all his tenants days after thanksgiving with no warning, as he was converting to condos. Great to see he's now leasing again...'cause he couldn't sell all those "condos". Boo-freakin-hooo!  Need to rent an apartment?
