Tivoli is going Condo and I would highly suggest that you do not buy there. They have done work on every Baraldi style apartment and after seeing the extensive damage along with the lack of making all the repairs necessary, the damage they are leaving behind is unbelieveable. It is merely a patch job. Buyer beware!  Need to rent an apartment?
