Apartment Review for Timberwood Trace Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

I moved here hoping to escape the nightmare from Arlington.... it was a pretty quiet summer, but now they have moved in the ghetto from NS lol. People bumping their stereos, no one watching the 200 plus kids running around. The kids abuse the cats - one had its tail cut off and blood dripping everywhere. The office ladys are over employed they sit in that office and just dont do much. They like to run their mouths like a cluck of hens though. On wednesdays the landscapers come around 7-8am blaring the weedwackers right in front of your window while you're trying to sleep. Not sure why they come so early the office isnt open until 10am. I requested many many maintainance and no one ever shows up and if they do they do a half a$$ job. No pest control either. No one cares at these apartments. Theres never any parking. My one neighbors have 8 vehicles.
