We purchased a house and are moving out of our apartment in the middle of February. We need someone to rent our apartment so we can be let out of our lease, it’s a 1 bed/1 bath 936 sq/ft, 1st floor. Rent for a 13 month lease is either $999/month with 1st month free or $927/month. Very quiet location in the back of the property and quiet neighbours, really enjoyed living here. If you sign a lease to rent the apartment starting between March 1st and March 15th we will give you a FREE NEW flatscreen tv (approximate value $500) to go with your new place.
