Apartment Review for Thornton Park - Jacksonville, FL

I will agree with a previous poster, the office staff is not good at returning phone calls and it is hard to get anything done unless you go directly into the front office. Other than that, I have no complaints with Thornton Park. I was the first to move into my apartment and have had NO PROBLEMS at all. Nothing but a positive experience for me. Usually the people who post things here are in the heat of the moment and speak with their feelings. Don't let those reviews stop you from giving Thornton Park a chance.
