Apartment Review for The Waterford At Mandarin - Jacksonville, FL

This is the worst place I've ever known.It's an old building with a lot of problems.The water is out at least twice a week and they don't even notify me about the situation so I had to wash my face with cold water from the refrigerator.The refrigerator sounds like a pig all day long, every single day and they said to me it was normal because it was an old fridge!!!The A/C unit makes a horrible noise and they also said it was normal.My neighbor was a DJ, so he used to spent all week days and nights practicing(except on weekeds).Plus there was never an empty spot in the parking lot.Oh!and there also lives a "crazy for cats"woman so there is plenty of cats in the parking lot always and they sleep on the cars(yes!scratching the paint of your car).Just make yourself a favor...STAY AWAY FROM THOSE APARTMENTS
