Apartment Review for The Reserve At Deerwood - Jacksonville, FL

I would definitely not live here for another year. The office people are nice enough, however their excuse for everything is "this is florida". There are roaches everywhere "this is florida", there are calcium deposits in my water "this is florida" the AC unit is not working correctly, "this is florida". They treat me like I have never lived anywhere else in florida before and this is my first experience (which it is not). I have not had as many problems in other places as I have here. The maintenance staff is a joke. "maintenance free living" is their motto, yeah life free from maintence men. I had to ask them 3 times to fix our water problem and it took they three days to fix a lighting problem(this was a safety issue) which was only fixed because I went back and complained. The worse part of this complex are the bugs, they are unbearable. We get sprayed almost every week and still every day there is a new roach to be discovered and killed. Sometimes they just fall from the ceiling. This place is not the worse place I have ever lived, but it is definitely up there.
