I know these apartments haven't changed since the 1980's. These apartments were gunned down and always on the news. I use to live there in 1987-89. I wouldn't recommend moving here to anyone. If I were to do so, then that's like sending them to Washington Heights or Euricka Gardens. Come on Jacksonville you can do better than this!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
