I lived in the Oaks for 2 years. In the past two years the maintaince of the community in general DECLINED. Managment is doing a good work but they can definetly improve 70%!! I will not stay because I want a newer apartment with washer and dryer. It's a very decent place to live. I would rent again if I needed to live in this area.  Need to rent an apartment?
