Apartment Review for The Glades - Jacksonville, FL

I gave parking 3 stars because people are dropping like flies around here so PLENTY of parking spaces. Same with the noise... though the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor fart nobody is around to make the noise. They have about 7 - 10 stray cats that spread fleas to your own pets. After many complaints about the cats (whom are fed by other residents) nothing has happened. We first moved in and had MANY problems MANY!! Some that are still not fixed to this day. The Maintenance is the worst... some red neck and bald guy that drive around in there go-kart making jokes and doing NOTHING. I have to give some credit to the ladies at the front desk because they are amazing actresses. They are in the wrong line of work... they act caring but do nothing about your complaint. My air condition is still broken but since it's DEC... it isn't such a problem. They came out and "fixed" it 3 times in one week... just for the following day to not work. I'm so fed up with this place that I'm actually putting money away to BREAK my lease... not wait until its over. Any good reviews on here have been placed by the staff themselves!
