Apartment Review for The Dunes - Jacksonville, FL

I have lived here for 8 years. The management does not play when it comes to noise control. This place is extremely quite. No loud music, no loud parties. Manager lives here and she knows what is going on. I feel safe here, and know my neighbors. Many poeple here know each other. I recommend this place to new folks coming to Jacksonville. This place is kinda hidden, and they keep a waiting list.

Good luck in getting in. However when here, you are treated with respect and appreciation for renting here. I hope to move in a few more years for a home. Until then, I love it
