Apartment Review for The Colony At San Jose - Jacksonville, FL

It took me a long time to find an apartment I liked near San Marco. A lot of what was available was really old and out-dated. The places were really small and had very few amenities. Then I visited the Colony at San Jose. This community is gated. There is parking available for visitors. Each unit has its own washer/dryer and nice appliances. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. A great big TV Lounge area for gatherings. The lifestyle is pretty cool and the appearance of the buildings and landscaping is spanish and just beautiful. I recommend this place to young people, families and retired people too.
