This place might as well be the Duval County Jail. My car has been broken into twice. The office staff dont care about anything that goes on after hours. This place is loaded with thugs. People are being robbed at gun-point every other day. Yeah, it's real safe here. DONT LIVE HERE!  Need to rent an apartment?
