I've lived here 5 years and they have lost my rental agreement 3 times I've gone to renew. One time I went in and they told me I didn't live here and thought the apt was empty. The toilet has been broken for about a year and theres water damage that's older than that. I've complained and noone has ever shown up to fix them.  Need to rent an apartment?
