This is a condo community where half own units and half rent. This would be a great place to live if were not for the Condo Association manager, Neil Thomas. Mr. Thomas has been known to selectively enforce the condo rules as he sees fit with the full backing of the association who run rampant over the renters. We have been told that since we have children that this is an  Need to rent an apartment?
