DO NOT ever rent from San Marco Properties. This is the worst leasing company I have ever dealt with! I have had problem after problem with them from noise to cleanliness issues to them lying about work that was done that wasn't, they never get back to you when you call about a concern, and I mean NEVER! The office staff is fake, they seem nice and concerned, but they really don't care at all. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER lease from this company at ALL!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
