I have made this community home for one year and I LOVE LIVING HERE!! I have a beautiful apartment overlooking St Johns River. The view is awesome!! Management and maintenance are always attentive. I would recommend this community to anyone working in the downtown area or just looking for a peaceful place to call home.  Need to rent an apartment?
