Apartment Review for Riviera Parkway Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

I have lived here for many years and recently was offered a job out of state. I will admit there were some staff troubles in the past but the crew here now is amazing. I love my neighbors and my apartment. It feels more like a home and many residents have lived here way longer than me. Over the past couple of months they have been doing a lot of work to the outside and inside of units. The new staff cares about the property and things seem to get done quickly. Don't judge it until you see it! I think it's one of the best kept secrets int he Avondale/Riverside area.
