Apartment Review for Riverbend Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

My husband and I were fooled by the looks of the place and the day time atmosphere. Once night time hits, it's another story.

Crime:

This summer a man was murdered here, and despite what the office says, it was NOT a domestic dispute. It's a wonder if the gate was actually working if any and everyone would still come in when they wanted to, and if this would prevent crime. Link: http://www.news4jax.com/news/15520613/detail.html

Last summer a tenant's unit got ran into and they murdered him.

Maintenance never shows uo the first time you call, maybe, & I stress the word maybe, after the 10th time or so, you'll be tended to.

Office staff . . . . no words. None, good.
