I moved to River Bend a couple of months ago and I just think they are the nastiest apartments anyone could refer you to. My cousin was a past resident and so I assumed she was pleased, which turned out, she wasn't. She complained of no working air conditioner, bugs, inappropiate staff, and the facilities were horrible!. I didn't think I would be a good friend if I allowed someone to pay their hard earned money to stay there.  Need to rent an apartment?
