Apartment Review for Retreat At St. Johns - Jacksonville, FL

If you have a pet, don't live here. Heaven forbid your animal have an accident in one room. When you move out, plan on paying to get the entire apartment re-carpeted. ENTIRE APARTMENT, not just the one room with the accident. And, you hear your neighbors doing EVERYTHING. I mean everything. Plus the parking is AWFUL. I'd come home around 7pm from work and have to park several buildings away. You pay to much money for this so called "luxury" apt. Good luck!
