Apartment Review for Pointe Sienna - Jacksonville, FL

i truly do not know where to start. in every aspect of the place there are flaws. we will start with the managment team, they are rude, incompentent, and act as though they really dont want to be bothered by you nor your problems. driving down the parking lot is a hazard to your car, due to pot holes everywhere. the pools might as well been septic tanks. when it rains the grounds turn into swamp lands, meaning if you want to get to your apartment you must treed water, and hope you dont fall on the slippery cement in front of your door. also your water is shut off WITHOUT ANY NOTICE WHAT SO EVER. they figure whatever you have to do can be put on hold, including laundary, dishes, and bathing. since we are on the topic of laundary, the laundary room reqiures a card that costs 5 dollars, so take care of it and hope that the machine will take it when you go to wash. walking around the ground when it is not a swamp, you better watch your step or follow your nose, yes these means be on the lookout for dog droppings. by the way dont expect to use the gym whenever you feel. gym hours are the same as office hours. sundays closed. other days 10-6
