Whatever you do, don't ever move to Pelican Pointe! It is a complete dump! It's run-down, with damp, dark apartments. There is a marsh/swamp on one side with mosquitoes everywhere. The rent they are charging is CRAZY! Try Melrose Student Suites on the southside instead. Rent is way cheaper, and they have 2 pools, tennis, volleyball and basketball court, security & much more.
