Apartment Review for Park View Place - Jacksonville, FL

front office is supose to have someone there.. no one is ever there! when i go in to report something the doors are locked and i get the answermachine. we have had no heat or air for the last 3 months. my neighbor reported his air not working and they fixed it within 3 days. my sons have been sick tooo many times being here with no heat no air. the city came over and actually reported it. think twice before living here. for 735 amonth people can do SO MUCH better!
