Apartment Review for Paradise Island Communities - Jacksonville, FL

This place is terrible and not worth all the fees and deposits they throw at you. The 3 bedroom apartment I was in didn't have lights in all the rooms. You have to buy lamps if you want to see. The kitchen was ridiculously small, and there were ants almost all the time. Our neighbors upstairs were horrid, it sounded like then were moving furniture at 3 in the morning. Moving out is a hassle too. They give a massive list of things that must be done if you want your deposit back. Which includes replacing several things out of pocket (ie. air filter, oven pan, etc.). The pools were nice when they weren't nasty and dirty. Little kids were allowed to just run around in the middle of the streets and do whatever they want. The speed bumps are placed in the worst places and are terrible for anyone who is elderly. Bottom line, I hated this place, the only thing they have going for them is their location.
