Apartment Review for North Beach On Kernan - Jacksonville, FL

totally crappy experience, and i plan to move before my lease expires. the walls are paper thin so i could hear my neighbors doing it and my i can't use my BOSE sound system even at a moderate volume. staff is very unprofessional. i perceive that some races are more welcome than others. i hate this place and won't recommend it to anybody. i told a few of my friends to stay away but not they are regretting signing that lease also.
