Apartment Review for Nia Terrace - Jacksonville, FL

Nia Terrace has gotten a bad reputation but I personally don't blame the management. Instead I blame some of the residence. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment is really nice, and if the people who stayed here didn't bring down there own neighborhood, the apartment community would be just as nice. New management has takn over and are making several attempts to make the community a place where anyone would be proud to say they live, but because of laws which seem to help bad tenants, it will take a while. All in all it is a pretty nice community.
