Apartment Review for Melrose Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

This place is horrible and they cannot wait to throw charges on you when you leave. Melrose screws things up financially. They charged me $60 because i had dust on my fan when i left! DUST! Have you ever come across windex that cost $60? While some of the staff were very friendly, they were definitely outnumbered by rude, rude people. The managers are slow on replying to anything you send them, and are rude when you try to talk to them. Work orders are not always put in until a month after you hand them in. However, if you do plan on moving in, just be sure that when you move out, a speck of dust is not to be seen. You'll get charged an arm and a leg for it.
