I agree. I see some changes here since new management came. I have new a/c unit in my apartment (I can operate with a remote, I love it!!), and new hot water heater. But most of all, they got rid of bad people in 2 months. I can tell they are serious about cleaning up this place. I was thinking about moveing out but I signed new lease.  Need to rent an apartment?
