Management does not respond to complaints. If you have a noisy neighbor, they tell you to call the police. They do nothing about the problem. Parking is a problem. An efficiency apartment had one tenant that was babysitting for 4 kids which were very noisy and it went on until 1:00am daily. Management did nothing. Druggie types moved in. I moved out. Not recommended unless you are desparate.  Need to rent an apartment?
