Good points. I love the location. I have lived here for 9 years. I have a good view of a lake. Bad points. I have lived here for 9 years (meaning that I still have the same old carpet and non painted walls.) The crime has come and gone over the years, but this time it is staying. To many people moving out because their apartments or cars get broken to and robbed.  Need to rent an apartment?
