Apartment Review for Kendall Lake Luxury Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

Where do I begin? The staff is rude and are lazy. They don't return phone calls or they are always saying to schedule an appointment when there is a problem that needs to be fixed right away. Walls and floors are paper thin...I am constantly being woken up by my neighbor who walks like an elephant and talks out on her patio all hours or the night...or shall I say wee morning hours waking my baby up! the courtesy officer is a joke! he never shows up when he is called on...gates are always broken...my neighbor was robbed, and I have heard gun shots. Rent is to expensive for living in this area of town. Everywere you walk there is a load of dog crap because people are to lazy to pick up after their own pets. People who aren't handicapped are parking in those parking spots...people are also blocking driveways and garages...last time I check that was againse fire code! The people at the office are lazy and all talk and no show! they tell you what you want to hear but after you sign your lease...you pretty much belong to them. Also after the lawn people are done mowing and when they start to clean up the cut grass and dirt it gets blown into the apartment making a HUGE mess! The bugs here are also a huge problem...I have had the bug guy here 6 times within my 6 miserable months here. These apartments are gorgeous but so disceiving! Every weekend there is a party and groups are people will walk around the premises and be load and rowdy at all hours of the night. Just the other night I heard people walking around my daughters room at around 3am...I am on the backside so there shouldn't be people walking on my side since there is no sidewalk...just the fence. I do not think this place is safe and I feel strongely that the office staff could care less about the residents and their safety! I have complained many times but they fail to fix any of the problems! I am borderline on getting the Better Business Bureau involved! I am more than ready to move outta here! Trust me folks...do not live here!!!
